GUIDELINES FOR PAPER PRESENTATIONS

All presenters will have access to LCD projectors, but are responsible for bringing their own laptop (MAC users should be sure to bring any necessary adaptors). If multiple presenters will be using computer-related programs, we encourage you to put the presentations on one computer to avoid mid-presentation technical difficulties. 

We encourage you to do so at your earliest convenience! Please note that all presenters must be a current member of ASFS, AFHVS or SAFN. To become a member you can either register through the conference website or on the organization’s website.

Will Allen, co-founder and director of Growing Power will give the keynote address Thursday evening.  Mr. Allen, a 2008 MacArthur Fellow, is transforming the cultivation and distribution of fresh, healthy foods to underserved, urban populations.

In order to be included in the conference program, you must register by Friday, May 15, 2010.

If, for some reason, you can no longer attend the conference, we encourage you to contact Beth Forrest (b_forres@culinary.edu) as soon as possible; please note that we cannot offer any travel or lodging stipends.
